Banking usually feels cold and transactional. At FirstBank, it’s the opposite, their customer service actually makes every interaction feel good. To capture that emotion, we used AI to create a world of adorable, fluffy animals interacting with the FirstBank logo. The campaign brought warmth and humanity to a category that rarely feels either, reminding people that banking with FirstBank just feels good.
